We are currently looking for a consulting manager assistant who is interested in recruitment and staffing and can start immediately. You will be based at our office in Stockholm. We primarily work with recruitment and staffing of collective personnel. At our offices, you will encounter a relaxed atmosphere, open doors, and high ceilings every day. We offer you a varied role as a consulting manager assistant where you will be involved in and work in selection processes primarily within collective staffing. As a consulting manager assistant with us, your tasks will vary and will include: - Administrative tasks - Candidate management, etc. - Recruitment - Supporting the consulting managers in their work. Working hours will be agreed upon but are typically between 08:00 and 17:00.

To thrive with us, you need to be a confident and stable individual, have good initiative, be able to switch between different tasks, and feel comfortable contacting new people from around the world. Delivering good service should come naturally to you. As a person, you are cooperative, engaged, and unpretentious. Since the position involves a lot of administration, you need to have a natural inclination for order and structure in your work. We prefer that you have studies/experience in Personnel Planning, HR, or recruitment. Experience with the systems Intelliplan or Teamtailor is a plus. Driver's license. Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is part-time, 8-16 hours/week.
